| Joseph Sy - IT Director Joseph is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and respected computer consultant with over 16 years of IT experience. His primary duties at Micro Computer Consulting Inc. include the daily oversight of operational and technical activities. Joseph graduated from De La Salle University in the Philippines with a BSc. in Computer Studies and moved to Canada in 1994, becoming a computer software developer at Sunlife Canada. Later, Joseph moved to the hardware side of the IT industry, an area in which he continues to demonstrate his expertise to the delight of Micro Computer Consulting Inc.’s clientele. |

| Jherry Lopez - IT Manager Jherry is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience. His role at Micro Computer Consulting Inc. is that of computer consultant,project leader and manager of client services. He regularly meets with newand existing clients, recommending and procuring the most current and cost-effective solutions for their IT needs. Prior to joining the company, Jherry played a major role in maintaining customer relations at a major IT consulting firm. Today, Jherry’s focus is to both meet and exceed client expectations at Micro Computer Consulting Inc. He can often be found going above and beyond the call of IT duty for his clients. |

IT Technician/Security Professional Adam is a Graduate of the Laurentian University Law and Justice Program as well as the Georgian College of Applied Arts and Sciences in Law and Security Administration. He has a diverse and well-rounded background in IT services. Prior to joining the MCC team, Adam has worked within the Technical Support Division of Best Buy Corporation (United States), ensuring satisfaction of both business and consumer clients. Adam also has experience in contract IT services with Royal Dutch Shell and many Engineering consulting firms. Adam strives to meet the needs of clients who demand efficient and supportive service and possesses a unique knowledge of modern network design including hardware/software and security concepts. |

Born in Montreal, she completed her high school education at Cardinal Leger Secondary School in Brampton, and went on to study business management and administration at Sheridan College, graduating from their highly regarded School of Business. Combining her educational background with her interest in information technology and adding great people skills to the mix, she decided to pursue the sales and marketing side of the business.
